Paradise Homes is a locally rooted, family-founded company built on craftsmanship, trust, and a commitment to quality. Brothers Dan and Bill Miller grew up in Tekamah, Nebraska, where they developed a passion for homebuilding while working alongside their father. Starting out as skilled trim carpenters, Dan and Bill founded Paradise Homes in 1990 and began building homes across the Omaha area.

In 1991, Paradise Homes partnered with Greg Haer, now with NP Dodge Real Estate. Greg remains a trusted real estate advisor and an integral part of the Paradise Homes team.
Although co-founder Bill Miller passed away in 2019, his legacy lives on in the homes he helped create and the values he helped shape. Today, Dan Miller continues to lead the company, now joined by Bill’s son, Rob Miller—carrying on the family tradition of building with care, craftsmanship, and integrity.
